The WKTY Sportscasters Club with Schneider Heating & Air Conditioning proudly provides $500 scholarships to students from 8 local high schools. Scholarship selection is based on overall student performance, including achievements on and off the field. Over the years, the WKTY Sportscaster Club has donated over $15,000 to deserving local athletes. Congratulations to this year's winners!

2021 SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS
Aquinas - Karlie Meyer
Karlie was a 4-time varsity letter award winner in cross country, and 3-time varsity letter winner in track and field, while also budgeting time for volunteering, National Honor Society and gardening for the Morrow Home Community.
Holmen - Ryland Wahl
A true example of a positive leader, Ryland was always the one encouraging his teammates on the football, basketball and baseball teams. He also made time to volunteer in youth sports, and earned high academic honors all 4 years of high school.
La Crosse Central - Malik Reynolds
As a member of the basketball team, Malik began as the 10th player on the bench, but continued to improve every year- even working through the pandemic that threatened to cancel the season. Malik played big minutes and hit big shots as a senior in the team's last game against Eau Claire North. Malik will begin a working apprenticeship this fall.
La Crose Logan - Jack McHugh-Sake
Jack played football, basketball, and track and field. for La Crosse Logan High School and will attend Southwest Minnesota State to play football this fall.
La Crescent - Lola Baudek
After a successful soccer career at La Crescent High School, Lola will be studying kinesiology at the University of Minnesota with dreams of working to help others live happy, healthy lifestyles.
Onalaska - Erik Frankie
Erik was starter on the football team, while also working at a local sports network covering high school and semi-professional sports as a camera operator and announcer. He volunteered extensively with groups like The Salvation Army, Wafer, Rotary and others. He plans to continue his education at UW Madsion this fall.
Onalaska Luther - Isaiah Loersch
Isiah is a three sport athlete who competed in football, basketball and track and field for Onalaska Luther. He was also heavily involved in student government, National Honor Society and volunteering.
West Salem - Adam Gorski
Adam is a passionate athlete who competed in football, basketball, baseball and track and field for West Salem High School. He will attend UW-Madison this fall to study Nursing or Biology.
